I wanted to play soccer so I called mike over to go to academy first so I could get a new ball. Scott didnt want to play.. something about his ankle boohoo. Scott wanted to go to academy though for no reason at all, aside from having Mike drive him to academy and back home before we could go play soccer. So, I took it upon myself to make scotts presence worthwile and suggested he buy a ball along with Mike and I. He agrees and is still trying to decide while mike and I wait with balls in hand harhar. Scott finally decides on one but changes his mind because I'm throwing out random suggestions on what he should buy, he then decides to stick to his first choice and quickly grabs a ball off the shelf with barely a glance. In the car I start to pump up the balls (yes I brought my pump because I had already decided Scott was going to play), when I get to Scott's ball, immediately I'm like "why is this so small?" and sure enough it's the wrong size FUCKING SCOTT. so now there's no way we are going to consider bringing Scott back home first even if it is 1 minute from the soccer field. so we get to the field with Scott in his frickin sandals and his ball that we can't use and we make him drive back to my house to get proper footwear and some water, incessantly reminding him of his difficult task as he walked to the car.
Later on at Mike's house, Mike suggests we sleep over and I jokingly call Mike's bed while Scott's sitting on it, Scott decides he wants to be funny and does a half-hearted-not-very-well-thought-out goofy gesture that usually ends in embarrassment and sure enough it did.
I've known Scott for a long time now so I'm accustomed to his moments of dumbassery and I hardly react to them any more, but this one surprised me.
